We offer a range of medical services based on individual needs, from basic rehabilitation and daily support to high-quality palliative care. Rūre is committed to providing comprehensive health services for patients of all ages.
During the first visit, each new resident undergoes a multidisciplinary health assessment involving healthcare, social, and rehabilitation professionals. This evaluation helps determine the appropriate level of care required for each individual.
Level 1
For clients who are capable of managing daily activities independently. Health monitoring and regular medical check-ups are provided by the family doctor at Rūre.

Any senior in Latvia who has reached retirement age is eligible for health and care services at social care facilities.
In partnership with Liepāja municipality, Rūre provides high-quality social care services to seniors of both local and other regions.
Application
To apply for a municipality-funded service, contact your local social services department and indicate that you wish to become a Rūre client. Residents from municipalities that have a partnership with Rūre are eligible to apply for municipality-funded placements.
When applying for municipality-funded social care services for seniors, the cost will be 85% of the pension amount, with the municipality covering the difference between the total service cost and the pension contribution. The number of municipality-funded care placements is limited.
First visit
After submitting your application, we will schedule a time for your initial visit. During this visit, we will get acquainted, perform the necessary health assessments, and determine the most suitable level of care and associated costs. We will also provide information about the available additional services.
Following the health assessment, we will introduce you to the Rūre Liepāja team, show you the facilities and grounds, and give you an overview of our daily routines, traditions, and current events at Rūre.
Joining Rūre
As you begin your life at Rūre Liepāja Health and Care Facility, both you and your relatives will receive continuous support from us at every moment to assist with daily activities.
We provide each Rūre client with the opportunity to plan their own daily routine while encouraging participation in cultural events. We regularly update you on news and developments at Rūre Liepāja and organize joint Rūre events.
